Our Family Connection collaborative serves as the local decision-making body, bringing community partners together to develop, implement, and evaluate plans that address the serious challenges facing Georgia’s children and families.

Our Vision
Families, the primary resource for individual well-being, are building blocks of the community. To ensure a brighter future for children in Gordon County, families must become empowered so each member is healthy, secure, literate, economically productive, a lifelong learner with an ethical and spiritual base that gives each member hope for a brighter future.

Our Mission
"Family Connection of Gordon County is a linkage mechanism for the community to address problems, seek funding, and to share information for the empowerment of children and families."

About Family Connection

We are part of Family Connection, a Georgia statewide initiative of 159 community collaborative partnerships committed to making measurable improvements for children and families in Georgia.
